I purchased it to assist me in getting around since my walking isn't great. It appears neat and organized. It hasn't shown up yet, but I'm excited for its arrival.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience, used it for the first time and will surely come back for more.

I reached out to Modern Mobility prior to our trip on Monday and chatted with Nick. Upon arriving at the Fosse Park location, he recognized that I had called and even remembered my partner's name. Nick evaluated what we needed and suggested a couple of foldable wheelchairs. He allowed my partner to sit down and test them out. He was super friendly and made sure to explain everything in a clear way. I would highly suggest that anyone with mobility challenges check out Modern Mobility and this store.

Today, Andrew and Lewis showed up with all the aides for my wife Carol, who's getting a hip replacement. They were super thorough, ensuring she understood how to use each item. Big thanks to them!

I recently popped into the Leicester store to ask about a rising chair for my mum, thanks to a family friend who recommended it. I've come across a ton of positive reviews, and honestly, wow! Becky’s expertise really eased my concerns about finding the right chair for my mum. The other guy there was super friendly and made me feel welcome with his jokes (sorry, I didn’t catch his name). I’ll definitely reach out soon to order that chair for mum! 😁

By the way, I wasn’t shocked to see all those glowing reviews, but I felt the need to mention that one-star review. It seems pretty off to me. Why would anyone complain about a business having security cameras? Isn’t that standard practice?

I felt the need to share that I was in town today for my usual shopping trip and decided to check out a wheelchair at Modern Mobility. Jess at the shop really blew me away with her expertise. I left feeling super satisfied!

Picked up another stick today, and the quality is fantastic. The service was really good, and I highly recommend you look no further. Jess was super helpful in assisting me with my purchase. You can't go wrong with this company! I wouldn’t shop anywhere else. This was for my mother-in-law for her granddaughter's wedding; she needed a teal stick to go with her outfit. It was an uneasy feeling while I was in the store. It seemed like I was under constant observation, with so many cameras placed around. I really thought it was overkill for this kind of shop. I totally feel for the employees there—they must feel like they're in a prison. Ultimately, I decided to take my shopping to another place.

I dropped by Modern Mobility yesterday. Right from the start, both staff members were super friendly. Beckie took the time to explain everything about a riser chair since I was clueless and shopping for my dad, who couldn't make it in. The following day, Beckie brought out the biggest chair they had to check if it would fit him. It didn’t, so she measured him up and now we’ve got a custom one on the way. Her communication has been top-notch. Just 24 hours after stepping into the shop, we’ve got a chair ordered. I'm really impressed and won’t think twice about coming back.

Awesome support from Russ Curry and Jess Whittle at the Blackburn location. They kept me updated throughout the process, and the team was super helpful. The scooter runs beautifully. I had a wonderful outing, and I really appreciate all the help and backing I got from beginning to end. I'd definitely suggest them to anyone in need.

I got a grab rail put in my bathroom. Andrew did a tidy job and made sure to clean up afterward. Quick service, and I definitely recommend Modern Mobility Blackburn.

During my stay at Blackburn Royal Hospital, the physiotherapist inquired if I had any assistive devices at home, like grab rails. I mentioned that we could really use a couple at the front entrance. The following day, Andrew and Lewis from Modern Mobility arrived to install them, and they did an excellent job. They’re both super friendly, and I just wanna say a big 'thank you' to them!

Last week, I was on the hunt for a walking aid for my mom, so I popped into Modern Mobility at Fosse Shopping Park in Leicester. He even visited my nana's place to check if the scooter would fit through her entrance before she made her decision. She was super happy with it and ended up buying the scooter. Nick was incredibly helpful, showing us how to disassemble it, charge it, and all that good stuff. I’d definitely recommend this place. Thanks a bunch!
